Catherine graduated from Deakin University, Geelong, with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) in 2012. Catherine worked in community health in the Western suburbs of Melbourne for six years gaining extensive experience in home modifications and equipment prescription as well as supporting people with neurological impairments. Catherine has a passion for working in neurological rehabilitation and supporting clients to fulfil their highest potential and achieve their goals within their functional capacity.

Liz S.

Senior Occupational Therapist

Liz graduated in 2010 from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She has worked across community health, rehabilitation and disability employment sectors in Australia and the UK. She has worked extensively with people living with Multiple Sclerosis and has a passion for working together with people living with neurological conditions to overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Liz Says “My favourite thing about OT is seeing the way such a small change to a piece of equipment or a persons mobility can change the way they live their life”

Olivia S.

Occupational Therapist (MOT)

Olivia has over 5 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist. She has worked in both private and community settings. Olivia has experience with a variety of neuromuscular conditions including acquired brain injury, muscular dystrophies, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. She is passionate about supporting clients to achieve their goals and adapting environments to enable occupational engagement and satisfaction. Outside of work Olivia loves being active, and enjoys Pilates, sailing, socialising, and hanging out with her dog; Archie. Olivia Says “I like to find new ways to make rehabilitation practical yet enjoyable, whilst also working towards client's personal goals.”

Alastair M.

Speech Pathologist (MoSP)

Alastair has over a decade of experience as a Speech Pathologist and 11 years as a disability support worker. He spent 5 years in the UK working in inpatient stroke units and with people with neurological conditions like MS, Parkinson’s, and dementia. With nearly 20 years of experience with neurodiverse individuals, Alastair is passionate about advocating for disability rights and promoting safe, compassionate care. He served as the clinical lead for dysphagia in a community disability team in Greenwich and now works in Hobart with people accessing the NDIS. Alastair has a strong interest in AAC and combines clinical expertise with creative problem-solving, drawing from his arts background. Outside of work, he’s a dad to two fun little ones

Joshua P.

Physiotherapist

Joshua is experienced in working with NDIS clients. He has worked in various physiotherapy roles across Australia, focusing on clients with neurological conditions, pain, musculoskeletal and age related changes. Josh is passionate about working with people who have had a stroke, as well as people with Parkinson’s disease or MS.
