We offer Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Therapy Assistant services from our Albury clinic and home visit and community services throughout Albury, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Beechworth, Myrtleford, Yackandandah, Chiltern, Rutherglen, Corowa and surrounds. We also offer Music Therapy, Psychology, Neuropsychology, Dietetics and Exercise Physiology services via telehealth.

We are pleased to welcome Lucas back to head up the NeuroRehab Allied Health Network team in the Albury Wodonga region. Lucas has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University. He has over ten years experience working in both rural and metropolitan areas of Australia and the UK, working extensively in home and community based neurological rehabilitation.

Gabrielle completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Charles Sturt University in 2015. Gabrielle has worked in various roles across NSW, QLD and New Zealand within acute hospitals, rehabilitation and community settings. Within these roles she has worked with neurological conditions from the acute stages through to rehabilitation stages. Her main areas of interest are working with clients who have experienced a stroke, Parkinson’s disease, vertigo and other neurological conditions. Gabrielle is passionate about working with clients to establish what is important to them and enabling them to achieve their goals through a personalised treatment plan. She loves exploring the outdoors, finding new walking tracks and playing social sports to stay active and meet new people – netball, touch, soccer, dodgeball and more! In winter Gabrielle loves snowboarding.
Luke S.
Physiotherapist (BPhysio)
Luke has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University and experience in long-term and acute care for neurological conditions in both adults and children. He works with stroke survivors, adults with acquired brain injuries, and patients with neurodegenerative disorders. He has a special interest in clients with a diagnosis of functional neurological disorder (FND). He is passionate about empowering clients to reach their goals through active participation in their treatment. His diverse background includes working as a mountain bike instructor and gymnastics strength coach. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family and exploring the outdoors through activities like biking, rock climbing, and running with his dog. Luke says, “I love to support clients in achieving goals that are meaningful to them.”

Senior Speech Pathologist (MSP, Bhs)
Nicholas has been working as a speech pathologist for over 15 years in Melbourne and Albury/Wodonga.He has extensive expertise in treating people with swallowing and communication issues stemming from conditions such as stroke, Functional neurological disorders, disabilities, head and neck cancer, progressive neurological disorders (Parkinson's Disease, MS & MND), and age-related problems, including dementia. Nicholas has a strong focus on keeping up-to-date with the latest research and technology, and is experienced in VFSS, LSTV, and SPEAKOUT for Parkinson's disease. He values the uniqueness of each client and customises therapy to suit their specific needs. His passion is to improve people's lives through therapy and to ensure that every voice is not only heard but also respected. When not at work Nicholas enjoys spending time in the garden and walking Gus, the best dog in the world!”

Melanie enjoys helping individuals regain independence through complex wheelchair prescriptions, assistive technology, and home modifications. Melanie focuses on providing tailored solutions to enhance mobility, daily functioning, and safety, empowering individuals to live life on their own terms.

Alison is a Senior Occupational Therapist with 5 years of experience within the NDIS space. Alison assists individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions and is particularly interested in supporting participants to explore goals surrounding assistive technology, functional capacity assessments, housing needs assessments, and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) capacity building. Alison is motivated to support individuals to enhance their quality of life and promote independence through individualised assessment and tailored interventions.

Gemma completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University, North Sydney and is currently studying her Masters of Clinical Rehabilitation (Neurological Occupational Therapy) at Flinders University. Gemma has experience working within the private sector with a variety of clients, including those with neurological conditions, aged care, children and youth population groups in rural and remote areas. Gemma has a special interest in neurological rehabilitation for individuals with strokes, acquired brain injuries (ABI), spinal cord injuries (SCI), and neurodegenerative conditions. Gemma’s expertise includes complex home modifications, assistive technology prescription, and upper limb rehabilitation, helping clients adapt their environments and utilise technology to enhance independence.

Kate has over 20 years experience in Hospitality and Administration. She has a Certificate III in Hospitality and a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health. Kate has recently relocated to Albury and is loving the area. Her passion is helping people and she strives daily to ensure the clients feel like they are part of the Albury family, and their experience is a positive one every time. Outside of NeuroRehab, Kate is also a professional Singer and is currently completing her first album. She enjoys attending the gym and gardening. Kate says, “I am overjoyed to be part of such a supportive and cooperative Reception Team that operates like a well-oiled machine”
