Introduction to Concussion

Basic Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
Face-to-face, 1 day workshop – $470 (inc. GST)

Presented by Dr Jacqueline (Jacqui) Reznik, PhD
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to understand the neurophysiological principles underlying PNF, apply basic PNF techniques, integrate PNF with other therapeutic modalities, implement PNF programs for various conditions and use it to improve functional movement and rehab outcomes.

Basic Bobath
Face-to-face, 15 day workshop over 4 weekends – $3,700 (inc. GST)
NeuroRehab, Deer Park
Presented by Melissa Birnbaum, Australian Bobath Training Association
The 15-day intensive Basic Bobath course will cover neurophysiology lectures on systems control, spasticity, neuroplasticity and more, plus normal movement practical sessions covering all parts of the body. There will be patient demonstration treatments by tutors and treating clients in pairs under the guidance of tutors. The course is accredited by IBITA.
