This course covers the physiological challenges people living with MS face when trying to exercise. You will learn how to manage fatigue, neuromuscular fatigue, heat sensitivity, and temporary symptom exacerbation. More importantly, this course will provide you with practical gait rehab knowledge you can immediately incorporate into clinical practice. Providing comprehensive teaching for all mobility levels, from the minimally impaired to those only able to walk a few steps with an aide. The education is delivered via a combination of lectures, group case study work and practical demonstrations.
