This workshop will provide participants with the tools to understand the neurophysiological principles underlying PNF, demonstrate and apply PNF techniques, integrate PNF with other therapeutic modalities, design and implement individualised PNF programs and use PNF to improve functional movement and rehabilitation outcomes.
