This workshop will provide participants with the tools to understand the neurophysiological principles underlying Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), demonstrate and apply PNF techniques, integrate PNF with other therapeutic modalities, design and implement individualised PNF programs and use PNF to improve functional movement and rehabilitation outcomes.
