How can LSVT LOUD® help?
The LSVT LOUD® method is scientifically validated, with over 30 years of research. It is the only intervention supported by level one evidence for people living with Parkinson’s disease (PD).
Supported outcomes include:
- Increased vocal loudness. 
- Improved articulation and speech intelligibility. 
- Improved intonation. 
- Improvements in facial expression. 
- Changes in neural functioning related to voice and speech. 
What does LSVT LOUD® involve?
LSVT LOUD® is tailored to individual communication goals and has shown effectiveness across various disease severities and communication impairments.
Treatment consists of:
- 16 sessions: 4 consecutive days a week for 4 consecutive weeks. 
- 60 minute one-to-one therapy sessions. 
- Daily homework and carry over exercises. 
- Personalised communication activities and goals.
