Refunds

Up to 21 days prior to the course

NeuroRehab Allied Health Network will refund the course fee less an admin fee of AU$50. Your registration may be transferred free of charge.

8-20 days prior to the start of the course

NeuroRehab Allied Health Network will refund 50% of your course fee. Your registration may be transferred free of charge.

Within 7 days of the start of the course

No refund is provided. Your registration may be transferred free of charge.

Transfer your registration

To transfer your registration, the new attendee will need to submit a 'Transfer of Registration' form accessible from the course information page.

Exceptional circumstances

Exceptional circumstances will be considered including, but not exclusive to, being unwell, which will require evidence provided via a medical certificate, or becoming COVID positive (if you become a household contact you will need to disclose to us), which will require evidence of a positive PCR test or a statutory declaration. All evidence must be submitted to courses@nrah.com.au

Cancellation

In the event of NeuroRehab Allied Health Network having to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances, notification will be sent as soon as possible via the contact details provided. Registrants will receive a full refund of the course fee.

Payment

Course places are secured once payment has been successfully processed. By proceeding with payment, you agree to the above terms.
