Tracey has 40+ years clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, working in neurodisability. For the past 25 years she has worked with paediatric clients with complex neurological and developmental conditions. She is passionate about the wellbeing of her clients and families, and uses evidence-based practices and parent education to deliver best care for her paediatric clients. Tracey models a creative and flexible approach to therapy. She was a pioneer in the use of snow skiing as part of rehabilitation, and challenging the stereotypes of people with a disability. Tracey also participates in research and has recently been involved in large trial using an early intervention program for infants with or at risk of Cerebral Palsy. She has assisted in research studies to increase the participation in exercise among youth with disability.


Jessica G.

Senior Physiotherapist

Jessica has a Masters of Physiotherapy in Neurosciences and Paediatric Neurology. She worked in private and community settings involving paediatric neurological rehabilitation early in her career and has since been working with children between 0-18 years including those with cerebral palsy, global developmental delays, chromosomal abnormalities, muscular atrophies, autism and adults with neurological conditions. Jessica has an interest in neurological rehabilitation with a special interest in early childhood intervention, hydrotherapy and manual handling. She speaks fluent English, Hindi, Marathi and basic Kannada.

Anne-Marie has a bachelor of applied science physiotherapist from La Trobe University. She has worked as a paediatric physiotherapist for 28 years and has worked with children in the community for the last 12 years. She is passionate about supporting children to be included in mainstream settings such as childcare, kindergarten and school. Anne-Marie is inspired to support children to access community recreational activities such as cycling and swimming. She loves working in the pool providing aquatic physiotherapy. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog and catching up with friends.

Lucy has experience managing a wide range of complex neurological and neurodevelopmental disabilities, prescribing assistive technology and running hydrotherapy classes. Lucy’s passion for early intervention was sparked after being involved in developing a multidisciplinary early intervention service at a community preschool. Lucy believes in having a family centred approach to capacity building those surrounding the child, to help them achieve their personal best. In her spare time Lucy enjoys hiking, yoga and watching tennis.

Occupational Therapist | Acting Team Leader (BHSc, MOT)

Caitlin graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy. Caitlin has worked across a variety of clinical areas in public health prior to joining NeuroRehab at the end of 2019. Caitlin has a passion for working closely with people and helping them to improve their quality of life. She enjoys collaborating with all of those involved in her client’s care to optimise independence and problem-solve challenges. Caitlin is an enthusiastic, empathetic and client-centred practitioner who strives to put her client’s needs first.

Simone has experience working in various community health and private practice settings in Australia. Simone supports children and young people 0-18 years of age, with developmental delays, neurodiverse populations, and those with acquired brain injuries, and neurological or neurodegenerative disorders. She is passionate about early intervention, and believes in working closely with families to find the right solutions for their unique lives and unique child. She works from a strength-based approach, creating supports and skills for life long participation. Outside of work Simone likes hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.

Simona completed a Master of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University in 2017 and has been working as an OT in the western suburbs ever since. Simona enjoys assisting people with home modifications equipment and her new passion is working with the paediatric population. Simona enjoys a good cheesy joke with clients and welcome any home modification challenges. Outside of work, she is keenly looking out for new hiking trails, new restaurants to try or you’ll find her at a local gig or concert. Simona says, “I enjoy a challenge and working with clients and their families to make their goals possible and believe in improving the mental health of others”.

Sulakshi graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2012. While studying she worked as a disability support worker mainly supporting infants through to young adults with various neurological and developmental conditions. Through her clinical placements she gained experience working with infants and children with neurological conditions and ABI. Since graduating she has worked in a school and various private health settings working with children and the elderly. Sulakshi says “I have always had a passion for working with children and their families to help achieve their goals through play”. Outside of work Sulakshi loves running, spending time with family and exploring all things Melbourne has to offer.

Amy is a speech pathologist with experience in various private and public settings. She has worked with children and young people with disability for many years, particularly those with neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions.  She is passionate about neurodiversity affirming practice, working as a multidisciplinary team with the family at the centre, and honouring the lived experience of people with disability, as she identifies as disabled herself. Outside of work, Amy loves going to the theatre, movies, and hopes to get back to salsa dancing one day soon. Amy says "Communication is a basic human right and I am here to help you find your voice"

Roisin graduated with a Bachelor of Speech and Language Therapy from University College Cork, Ireland, in 2015. Following her graduation, she worked for several years in Ireland in paediatric disability across a range of settings including school, clinic and community based therapy. Roisin particularly enjoyed her role in Down’s Syndrome Cork, where she gained a deep understanding of speech, language and pragmatic language difficulties in people with Trisomy 21. She also particularly enjoyed working in Early Intervention and is excited to continue in this area with NeuroRehab. In 2020, Roisin moved to Australia and continued developing her experience in the community disability sector in paediatrics, and developed her experience with adults with an intellectual disability. Roisin says, “I enjoy watching people work toward meaningful goals. When I am not in the office, I love exploring new places.”

Lucy has a Bachelor of Health Science (2010) and a Master of Speech Pathology (2018). She has experience working with adults living with a range of communication and swallowing difficulties. Lucy has experience in assessment and intervention for adolescents and children with a range of speech, language, social skills, and literacy difficulties. Lucy previously worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, private practice, community therapy, aged care, as well as kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. Lucy is passionate about working with clients and their families and carers to develop and achieve functional and meaningful goals which enhance their overall quality of life.

Monica has a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University. She has experience with assessment and intervention for children and adolescents with speech sound disorders, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia and social skill difficulties. Monica has also worked in schools, community and clinical settings and has been involved in running language and social skills groups. Monica has an interest in early intervention and progressive neurological conditions. She is passionate about supporting children and adults to achieve their goals and becoming active members of their community. Monica is also a certified member of Speech Pathology Australia and has completed training in Hanen – ‘It takes two to talk’, Lidcombe Program (paediatric stuttering), Smooth Speech Program (adult stuttering) and Sounds Write (literacy).

Katrina in a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia. She has experience working with school-aged children and adolescents, and adults living with a neurodevelopmental or neurological disability in the community. Katrina has developed a strong interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and social skills. Katrina says, “What brings me joy is broadening a client's ability to communicate clearly and more confidently with others, whether it be through spoken language or other forms of communication. I also enjoy working with clients in their everyday, natural environments to achieve functional and meaningful goals.”

Tracey has experience supporting communication and swallowing for both adults and children in a variety of settings and areas, including head and neck cancer, Alternative and Augmentative Communication, and community groups. She has a keen interest in acquired communication difficulties and dysphagia, and she is enthusiastic and informative in her therapy approach. Tracey is fluent in Vietnamese. Tracey says, “I enjoy working with clients holistically to support their communication in functional contexts”.

Sally has a passion for delivering quality, person-centred care to people in her local regional area. She demonstrates a high level of knowledge and practice when it comes to supporting people with swallowing changes (dysphagia) and mealtime behaviours, with particular interest in neurological conditions. Sally is also skilled in supporting communication changes in adults with acquired or progressive neurological conditions, and early childhood intervention.

Caitlin has a keen interest in dysphagia, neurological rehabilitation and particularly enjoys supporting clients with neurodegenerative conditions. Caitlin is passionate about working alongside her clients in their everyday environments to achieve functional and meaningful goals.

Sarah has worked across a wide range of settings and programs in Public Health, for both Eastern Health and Caulfield Hospital. Her roles have included specialist clinics (Dementia and Memory Assessment, Complex Care, Hospital Admissions Risk Program), acute and sub-acute hospital wards (including Rehabilitation, Geriatric Evaluation and Management, Aged Psychiatry, Acquired Brain Injury unit and general hospital admissions) and outpatient programs (Community Rehabilitation, Child and Youth Mental Health). Sarah loves music, street art, swimming and playing with her two young children. She visits the beach and family in the country as often as possible and loves to walk outside in nature.

Kylie completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology at Melbourne University and a Master in Psychology (Clinical) at The University of Tasmania. Kylie has experience working in a range of settings which include community and private practice, various schools, inpatient, and drug and alcohol. Kylie has worked with individuals across a range of ages from school-aged children to adults. Kylie has extensive experienced in cognitive and learning assessments. She has a strong interest in ‘talking therapy’ and enjoys helping individuals adjust and cope with living with illness or disability. Kylie’s approach is warm and person-centred. Kylie enjoys using a combination of mindfulness and compassion-based approaches for clients for whom it is suitable. Kylie has a regular mindfulness practice which adds depth to her work.

Victoria has experience working in private practice and the public health system in New Zealand/Aotearoa. She has previously worked in both an inpatient unit and a community team within the public health system. Eleanor is in the process of finalising a Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology. While her research background is in older adults and neurodegenerative disorders, she completed specialist Neuropsychology training across neurodevelopmental, public health, and mental health settings. Eleanor is passionate about finding the therapeutic approach that fits best for each individual. Outside of work you can find Eleanor trying (and failing) to grow her veggie patch, or walking her dog Miso.

Yuki has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Music Therapy from the University of Melbourne. Upon completing her Masters, she worked in Western Australia as a clinical specialist at Sing&Grow Australia and her own private practice, Music Therapy Now. She has worked in a variety of public and private healthcare settings predominantly in acquired brain injury, disability and early childhood development. Yuki was previously the WA state chair for the Australian Music Therapy Association and a current member of the national social media committee. She also runs a podcast discussing music therapy with a variety of music and health professionals.

Lucinda is currently in her final year of a Master of Music Therapy. She is a singer, songwriter, and has been a vocal coach for over 12 years. She has taught at the Melbourne Academy of Performing Arts and runs a singing school and studio. Lucina is also in a band who performs for corporate events, birthdays, weddings, and other private and public events. Luncinda says, “Music is my life. What makes me great about my job? That I am genuinely in my happy place. Music and helping people are a perfect pairing and I feel extremely lucky to share that with people whilst helping them achieve their health and wellbeing goals and build new skills.”

She has found a great interest in neurological conditions and believes nutrition intervention in this area can not only improve health markers but helps improve quality of life and support independence. Daniella says, “I love playing netball and spending time with family and friends”.

She aims to provide dietary guidance that is personalized and sustainable for everyone. Outside of work, Joyce loves taking long walks, spending her spare time at the dance studio, travelling, cooking and baking. Joyce says “I enjoy having delicious food with friends and family and I love seeing how food can change a person’s life”.

Dylan has a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Australian Catholic University (2015). This involved experience working with clients with spinal cord injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, cardiac conditions, pulmonary conditions and various chronic diseases. During this time Dylan developed a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation. Dylan is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about providing the best treatment possible for his clients. He also completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Australian Catholic University in 2013.

Dylan has experience working as an Exercise Physiologist in private practice. He has worked with a wide range of diagnoses including people with cognitive disorders, MS, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease and many others. He loves watching sports and barracks for the mighty Dons! He also practises mindfulness and exercises every day. Dylan says, “I’m a people person and am passionate about everything health! Being able to make a difference in someone’s life makes me smile! I find my work exciting and I’m inspired by a willingness to try!”

Nicola has spent a number of years working as an Exercise Scientist within occupational health settings and has experience with a wide variety of conditions including cardiac, neurological, metabolic, pulmonary and musculoskeletal presentations. However neurological conditions are her first area of interest. Nicola likes socialising, and loves hockey – playing, coaching and umpiring. Nicola says, “I like to find new ways to make rehabilitation fun, whilst also working towards client goals. I love really getting to know my clients and creating rehabilitation programs which suit my clients’ personal needs and priorities.
